Shoe Assessment & Fitting (In-Person Only)
Footwear influences how we interact with the ground, but the right shoe is never determined by the foot alone. This in-person assessment considers your movement patterns, gait, medical history, current symptoms, daily demands, and performance goals to identify footwear that best complements your individual needs. Recommendations may include specific shoe models, insole options, and individualized shoe modifications when appropriate. The goal is not simply to find a comfortable shoe, but to optimize the interaction between your body and the ground to better support efficient movement, performance, and long-term function.
