Educational Offerings and Clinical Care

Our offerings may include professional mentorship, coaching, educational clinics, digital products, and shoe assessments or fitting services.

Professional mentorship and case discussions support learning and clinical reasoning. Participating professionals remain responsible for their own clinical decisions, professional obligations, and care of their patients.

Visiting the Website, purchasing an educational resource, subscribing to updates, or submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, establish a patient-provider relationship.

Eligibility and Accurate Information

Before a paid service begins, the relevant scope, price, payment arrangements, and any cancellation or rescheduling conditions will be provided for your agreement.

Cancellation terms for mentorship, assessments, clinics, and other scheduled services are separate from the digital-product refund policy below. Any cancellation fee must be disclosed and agreed upon in advance.

Descriptions of planned or “coming soon” offerings do not guarantee a launch date or create a reservation or purchase unless a separate arrangement is expressly offered and accepted.

Digital Product Purchases and Access

Digital purchases are processed through Stripe. The product description and checkout information identify the price, included materials, and any stated access conditions.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and having the device, software, and internet access needed to use the purchased format. Any specific technical requirements will be identified where applicable.

Unless a product description provides a broader license, purchasing a digital product grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use it for your own learning and professional reference.

You may apply what you learn in your work, subject to your professional responsibilities. You may not resell the materials, distribute copies, share paid-access credentials, or reproduce the content in a course or commercial product without permission.

Access duration, included support, future updates, and any community access are limited to what is stated for the purchased offering. A purchase does not automatically include lifetime access, future releases, or ongoing membership.

Community Access and Subscriptions

If an offering includes community access, the product or registration information will explain what is included and any applicable access period.

Temporary or included community access does not, by itself, authorize recurring charges.

If a paid recurring membership is offered, its price, billing frequency, renewal conditions, cancellation process, and any trial or introductory period will be disclosed before enrollment. Recurring charges require your express agreement.

Any additional community rules or platform terms will be provided for the relevant offering.

Participation and Personal Responsibility

Educational exercises and movement suggestions may not be appropriate for everyone. Consider your health, abilities, and environment before participating, and seek individualized professional guidance when needed.

Stop an activity if it causes pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate assistance.

Outcomes vary with individual circumstances. We do not guarantee a particular health, performance, professional, or business result.

These expectations do not waive our responsibility to exercise appropriate care or replace obligations associated with any separately established clinical relationship.

Intellectual Property and Submitted Content

Website text, educational materials, images, videos, branding, and other content are owned by Dr. Rachael Arbeit or used with permission, except where otherwise identified. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may share links to public content. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by applicable law or an express license.

You retain ownership of materials you submit. We may use submissions as needed to respond to your request or provide the agreed offering, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

Submitting a message or participating in an offering does not, by itself, grant permission to publish your testimonial, image, case details, or participation for promotional purposes.

Acceptable Use and Community Conduct

Use the Website and any connected learning or community spaces lawfully and respectfully.
