Meet Dr. Rachael Arbeit

Dr. Arbeit is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with experience treating complex physical conditions across multiple body systems in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Her clinical background spans diverse populations—from high-level athletes and children to older adults, amputees, and individuals with neurological challenges.

Rachael’s passion for movement began early through bodybuilding and equestrian training, inspiring her pursuit of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University. There, she trained under mentors who emphasized whole-body healing and systems-based thinking.

Throughout her career, she has identified patterns in injuries that traditional models often overlook, leading her to adopt a holistic, educational approach. Rachael empowers her clients to regain control through deeper movement awareness and confidence in their own healing.

Frustrated by the fragmented nature of healthcare, she became dedicated to bridging the gap between disciplines—exploring how physical, neurological, and emotional health connect to create lasting outcomes beyond symptom relief. She believes sustainable healing begins with education, compassion, and self-trust.
