Rachael's passion for movement began early through her personal involvement in bodybuilding and the equestrian world. This foundation inspired her pursuit of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University, where she trained under mentors who emphasized whole-body healing and systems-based thinking.
